About Ashlie

I’m a married, full time working grad student married momma of two gorgeous girls. I'm also a self-identified Type-A creative, multipotentialite, planner & productivity obsessed, incessant overachiever, perfectionist. What does all that mean? I'm a girl who has struggled to find the secret sauce to "ultimate life fulfillment" because I was too busy getting in my own way. For years I felt like I just sucked at life. It wasn't until I identified and came to terms with all these things about myself that I was able to put together a life that felt productive.

Oh, and I love wine, coffee, and craft beer. In no particular order.

I get asked all the time: Ashlie, how do you stay so organized? How do you remember everything? How do you always seem to have it all together? But you're so good at that, why would you want to do something else (again)? Seriously Ashlie, how do you keep up with 4 DIFFERENT PLANNERS!?

Well, let me show you!

Victoria Moran – Lit From Within: Tending Your Soul For Lifelong Beauty

A simple life is not seeing how little we can get by with—that’s poverty—but how efficiently we can put first things first. . . . When you’re clear about your purpose and your priorities, you can painlessly discard whatever does not support these, whether it’s clutter in your cabinets or commitments on your calendar.

Elaine St. James – Living the Simple Life: A Guide to Scaling Down and Enjoying More

…there are often many things we feel we should do that, in fact, we don’t really have to do. Getting to the point where we can tell the difference is a major milestone in the simplification process.
